How Maid Secure Got Started
Northwest Arkansas has exploded. New residents, new businesses, new construction — all of it bringing energy and growth to a region that was already special. But with that growth came a real problem: the service infrastructure hadn't kept up.
Property owners struggled to find cleaners they could trust. Businesses went through vendor after vendor. Move-in day turned into a nightmare when properties weren't ready. The gap between what people needed and what was available was obvious.
Maid Secure was founded to close that gap. We built a cleaning company grounded in local accountability — where every team member is vetted, every job is documented, and every client has a direct line to someone who cares.
